Beaded Lightning

It’s stormy weather! Worked on black canvas in blacks, dark grays, blues and purples, this piece is meant to evoke the look of thunderclouds at night. The branching lines of silver and colored beads represent the lightning.

Materials used included overdyed cotton, silk floss, rayon ribbon, metallic braid, and many, many beads. Design size approximately 4” x 12”. Design taken from “Beaded Bermuda Reef” by Needle Delights Originals. Color design and execution by On Point Creations.
